General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)
In accordance with Art. 9 (11) of the General Product Safety Regulation (EU 2023/988) (GPSR), our company is obliged to set up publicly accessible communication channels to enable consumers (as defined in Art. 3 (17)) to submit complaints and reports of accidents or safety issues that have occurred in relation to any of our products.
If you have a complaint or a report about any of our products, please send us an email or a letter, or you can use our contact form.
We will investigate the matter. We keep an internal record of complaints submitted and any measures taken. In connection with your complaint or report, we only store the personal data that we need from you in order to be able to check your complaint. The data will be stored for as long as required for the check, but for no longer than five years from the date of entry of the corresponding data.
